Ordering and Payment Services

The payment agreement is binding only after payment has been made or payment information has been confirmed.

The Company reserves the right to modify the services, products, price list, pricing methods, and other aspects of the MathQ.com website at its discretion without prior notice to users. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to refuse services to certain individuals and organizations in accordance with legal provisions or at the Company’s sole discretion. Customers may purchase one or more products or services offered on the MathQ.com website through a purchase order and/or service contract. All relevant fees must be paid by the payment date specified on the order. If payment is not completed by the specified date, the Company reserves the right to suspend the provision of services until full payment is received.

Upon request by the customer, the Company will issue a VAT invoice in accordance with the current laws of Vietnam. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the VAT invoice information.

Once the service fee has been paid and/or the ordered service has been activated, requests to suspend or cancel the service, refund the service fee, or change the service will not be accepted.

You are required to create an account with a password to access the services on the MathQ.com website.

You will be entitled to use the purchased service for the duration of the specified usage period. Upon the expiration of the usage period, you may choose to renew or discontinue the service at your discretion.

User Rights and Terms

Access Guidelines

You are responsible for providing all necessary hardware, software, and communication equipment or services required to connect to the Internet and access the MathQ.com website. Additionally, you are responsible for any Internet access fees, telephone charges, or other costs incurred in connecting to the Internet and accessing the MathQ.com website.

7. Using language that violates Vietnamese ethical traditions.
8. Restricting or inhibiting other users from utilizing and enjoying interactive features.
9. Posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, profane, or indecent content, including any information that would constitute or encourage conduct that is a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national, or international law.
10. Posting or transmitting any information, software, or other material that infringes upon the rights of others, including material that invades privacy or publicity rights, or that is protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights, without obtaining permission from the owner or rights holder.
11. Posting or transmitting any information, software, or material that contains a virus or other harmful component.
12. Altering, damaging, or deleting content or other communications that are not your own, or otherwise interfering with others' ability to access the MathQ Website.
13. Disrupting the normal flow of information in an interactive area.
14. Falsely claiming affiliation with any business, association, institution, or organization.
15. Engaging in cyber attacks, cyber terrorism, cyber espionage, or cyber crimes; causing incidents, attacking, infiltrating, taking control of, distorting, interrupting, suspending, paralyzing, or destroying information systems.
16. Using the MathQ Website for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to violating any rules, policies, or guidelines of your Internet service provider or online services.

Mass and Automated Account Enrollment

Accounts that are automatically or systematically registered in large numbers, at the Company's sole discretion, are deemed violations and will be subject to the penalties outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Any misuse or use of the MathQ Website that deviates from the intended purposes of teaching, learning, and scientific research may be considered a violation at the Company's sole discretion and will be subject to sanctions in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

User Harassment Policy

The Company is dedicated to fostering a safe and respectful environment for all users. When using the MathQ Website, please carefully consider the content you post in interactive areas and your interactions with other users. Reports of harassing behavior, including but not limited to threatening actions, posting meaningless or irrelevant content, sending spam, or using deceptive methods to attract attention or for commercial marketing, will be taken seriously. Such behavior that disrupts the service, hinders access to information, or causes discomfort to other users will result in the immediate suspension of service without notice or refund to the reported user. These matters will be investigated and addressed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Interactive Areas

1. You acknowledge that the MathQ Website may include various interactive areas, which facilitate feedback and real-time interaction between users. You also understand that the MathQ Website does not control the messages, information, or files delivered to such interactive areas, and that the MathQ Website may offer users the capability to create and manage these areas. However, the MathQ Website, its parent companies, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents are not responsible for the content within any interactive area.
2. Your use and/or management of an interactive area will be governed by this Agreement and any additional rules or operating procedures established by you or another user. You acknowledge that the MathQ Website cannot and does not intend to screen communications in advance. Furthermore, because the MathQ Website encourages open and candid communication in the interactive areas, the MathQ Website cannot determine in advance the accuracy or conformance to this Agreement of any content transmitted in an interactive area. The MathQ Website is not responsible for screening, policing, editing, reviewing, or monitoring any content in an interactive area.
3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that the MathQ Website has the right to monitor any interactive area from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or other governmental request, to operate the interactive area, or to protect itself or other users. If notified of any alleged content that does not conform to this Agreement, the MathQ Website may investigate the allegation and determine, in its sole discretion, whether to remove or request the user to remove such content. The MathQ Website reserves the right to prohibit any conduct, communication, or content within the interactive area, or to edit, refuse to post, or remove any content, in whole or in part, that we, in our sole discretion, believe (i) violates the terms of this Agreement or any other MathQ policy in effect at that time, (ii) is detrimental to the rights of any user, the MathQ Website, or other third parties, (iii) violates applicable law, or (iv) is otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property: The MathQ Website owns or holds the rights to use the intellectual property of all services developed or co-developed. These services are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and other laws, and may not be reproduced without explicit permission from the MathQ Website. MathQ Website reserves the right to modify this Agreement or any other policy at any time, with such modifications becoming effective immediately upon posting notice prominently on the MathQ Website.
