Please carefully review these General Terms and Conditions before purchasing products and services on the MathQ.com website, operated by MATHQ Science and Technology Information Company Limited. These General Terms and Conditions apply to customers who engage in any of the following activities: visiting the website, creating an account, using an account, or purchasing products and services on the MathQ website. By purchasing products and services on MathQ.com, you implicitly accept these General Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with the relevant provisions and requirements.

A.Definitions
  • 1.MATHQ:Refers to MATHQ Science and Technology Information Company Limited (Business Registration Code: 0317945226).
  • 2.MathQ.com:Denotes the official website of MATHQ Science and Technology Information Company Limited.
  • 3.Business Unit:Refers to MATHQ Company and/or its branches responsible for directly managing, operating, and selling products and services.
  • 4.Sales Channel:Refers to the website https://www.mathq.com ("MathQ.com Website") or the mobile application MathQ APP.
  • 5.VIP Privileges: Indicates the usage privileges acquired by customers upon purchasing products and/or services.
  • 6.Customer:Refers to any individual or organization engaging in any of the following activities: visiting the website, creating an account, using an account, or purchasing products and services on the MathQ website.
  • 7.Order:Denotes the collection of detailed information pertaining to each transaction when a customer purchases VIP privileges on MATHQ sales channels, including key information such as: VIP privilege type, usage duration, quantity, payment amount, and other related details.
  • 8.Account:Refers to the account established by the customer on MATHQ sales channels for conducting transactions.
B.General Provisions
  • 1. The content, regulations, and policies referenced in these General Terms are integral components of these General Terms and are a fundamental part of the contract and supply agreement, VIP privilege use, and service confirmed between MATHQ and the customer. In the event of any inconsistency between these General Terms and other provisions, the content of these General Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stipulated.
  • 2. The customer agrees and acknowledges that by accessing, operating, or conducting transactions on MATHQ sales channels, they have read, understood, and accepted the relevant provisions of these General Terms. MATHQ reserves the right to amend, modify, add, or delete any part of these General Terms at its discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon their official update on the MATHQ website without prior notice to the customer. Customers are advised to regularly review these General Terms and read them carefully before engaging in any transactions.
  • 3. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any competent authority, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
  • 4. These General Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from the contractual relationship between MATHQ and the customer shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Vietnamese law.
C. VIP Pricing Information
  • 1. Comprehensive details regarding VIP privileges and pricing are available on MATHQ sales channels. For additional information, inquiries, complaints, feedback, or service quality concerns, customers may contact us using the customer service information provided on the MathQ.com website.
  • 2. The customer affirms that they have reviewed and understood the information related to VIP privileges and pricing prior to purchasing VIP privileges.
D.Access and Utilization of MATHQ Channels
In the course of accessing the website, creating an account, using an account, purchasing products and services, and conducting related transactions through MATHQ sales channels, the customer is required to comply with and ensure the following:
  • 1. Possess full self-responsibility, civil capacity, legal capacity, and all necessary permissions, consents, approvals, and authorizations from competent authorities and the customer's legal representative to access the website, create an account, use an account, maintain accounts, purchase, receive, and utilize VIP privileges, and conduct related transactions on MATHQ sales channels. MATHQ reserves the right to request relevant records and documents for review purposes to better ensure the customer's qualifications and mitigate risks. MATHQ assumes no legal responsibility for the customer's qualifications or capabilities in advance.
  • 2. Provide complete, truthful, and accurate information, and refrain from using or falsifying the information of other individuals or organizations.
  • 3. Maintain the confidentiality of account information and passwords, and independently manage and control any modifications to account information and passwords.
  • 4. Be responsible for all transactions and transaction data conducted in the customer's name or through the customer's account, including any consequences arising from the leakage of account information and passwords. If the account is found to be hacked, misappropriated, or subject to any unauthorized activities, the customer must immediately notify MATHQ to enable appropriate measures to prevent violations.
  • 5. Without MATHQ’s written consent, the customer shall not use the information, data, software, services, and products obtained from MATHQ sales channels to perform any actions including, but not limited to, modifying, copying, displaying, operating, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating links, transferring, conducting business, or creating independent publications for distribution and forwarding.
  • 6. Comply with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to information technology, transactions, and electronic payments in the network environment.
E. Warranty Terms and Conditions
  • 1.Product and Service Warranty:MATHQ warrants that its Products conform to the specifications published on the MathQ website or as mutually confirmed in writing, and that the Services provided adhere to industry standards. This warranty constitutes the sole warranty provided by MATHQ for its Products and Services. MATHQ disclaims any express or implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. The customer assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the Products and acknowledges that the Products must be used in strict accordance with the applicable instructions, warnings, and information provided in the user manual and other product documentation.
  • 2.Quality Warranty:MATHQ's quality warranty is limited to Products that do not meet the specifications published on the MathQ website or as mutually confirmed in writing at the time of delivery or during the warranty period. This warranty also applies to Products that MATHQ chooses to repair or replace at its sole discretion and free of charge. If the Services provided by MATHQ do not meet industry standards, the warranty is limited to redoing the Services. The warranty period for repaired or replaced Products is the remainder of the original warranty period. MATHQ assumes no warranty liability for damages resulting from improper use, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized unpacking, installation, repair, or adjustment.
F.Acquisition and Delivery of VIP Privileges
  • 1. By utilizing the VIP privileges purchase and payment function on MATHQ’s sales channels, customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with all terms, policies, instructions, and conditions published on the MathQ.com website, including but not limited to these General Terms of Transaction. If customers do not intend to pay or disagree with any terms and conditions set forth in these General Terms of Transaction and related information published on the MathQ.com website, they should cease the purchase process.
  • 2. Unless otherwise specified, the order will take effect immediately upon the customer’s confirmation and agreement to the purchase.
  • 3. Before confirming the purchase of VIP privileges and making a payment, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the order information.
  • 4. Products purchased on the MathQ.com website are software services. Upon completion of the payment, the customer’s account will automatically receive the corresponding VIP privileges. Software service products are non-refundable.
  • 5. MATHQ reserves the right to cancel a confirmed order under the following circumstances: a. Incorrect VIP privilege information (including but not limited to price, type, and service duration) due to loopholes, system errors, or mistakes; b. Violation of relevant MATHQ regulations during contract signing; c. MATHQ determines, based on applicable law, that the contract is invalid.
  • 6. Customers are entitled to request VAT invoices in accordance with regulations and are responsible for providing complete and accurate financial invoice information. Once the invoice is issued, MATHQ will not accept any modification requests from customers regarding the invoice information.
  • 7. Payment
  • a) We accept seven payment methods. Please refer to the " Payment Guideline " for details.
  • b) If any issues arise during the payment process, customers should immediately contact MATHQ or the third-party payment service provider to review and resolve the issue in accordance with regulations.
  • c) To ensure the security of the payment process, customers should:
  • 1) Follow the correct payment process as instructed in these General Terms of Transaction and the payment steps on the MATHQ website;
  • 2) Carefully use and safeguard their bank card and account information; MATHQ assumes no responsibility for information leakage caused by customers;
  • 3) Under no circumstances disclose CVV/CVS/CSC numbers to ensure the security of bank card information.
G.Refund Policy
  • Products purchased on MathQ.com are software services, and because of the digital nature of these products, refunds or returns are not applicable.
H.Delivery Policy
  • Unless otherwise indicated, orders become effective immediately upon the customer's confirmation and acceptance of the purchase. Following successful payment, the customer's account will be automatically credited with the appropriate VIP privileges. The VIP services acquired will be delivered directly through the online platform of MathQ.com.
I. Technical Errors
  • 1. Operation and Maintenance: MATHQ will make every effort to ensure the smooth operation of the MATHQ Sales Channel. However, MATHQ does not guarantee that (1) the functions and support tools provided by the MATHQ Sales Channel will be uninterrupted or error-free, (2) the MATHQ Sales Channel will remain free from intrusion, viruses, malware, or other harmful components, and/or (3) all data provided on the MATHQ Sales Channel is accurate and free from technical errors in the data creation process.
  • 2. Technical Problem Resolution: In the event of technical issues, such as webpage errors, software malfunctions, Internet connection problems, virus infections, or errors in price data published on the MATHQ Sales Channel, MATHQ will endeavor to correct such technical errors or erroneous data as promptly as possible.
  • 3. Transaction Invalidation: MATHQ reserves the right to invalidate and refuse to execute established transactions in the following cases: a. Due to technical errors; b. Due to data errors; c. Transactions affected by technical errors and/or data errors, regardless of their source.
  • 4. Notification and Refund: In the event of a transaction refusal, MATHQ will notify the customer via the email or telephone number provided during account registration and will refund the amount related to the refused transaction.
  • 5. Limitation of Liability: Beyond the obligation to refund received payments, MATHQ shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the customer, directly or indirectly, due to technical errors and/or data errors.
J. Force Majeure Provisions
Force majeure events are circumstances beyond the control of a party that prevent the fulfillment of contractual obligations. These events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, wars, riots, rebellions, government regulatory actions, government shutdowns, trade disputes between importing and exporting countries (including countries of origin), embargoes, strikes or factory closures, quarantines, epidemics, infectious diseases, or other public health events (including any related government regulatory measures or actions), and the inability to obtain raw materials, components, energy, production services, or facilities, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the party.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, a party shall not be held liable for any damages, increased costs, or losses incurred by the other party due to the failure or delay in performing its contractual obligations caused by such force majeure. Such failure or delay shall not be considered a breach of the terms of the contract.
K. Implied Rights Disclaimer
MATHQ hereby reserves all technologies, codes, inventions, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights related to the products and services sold by MATHQ under the terms of the Contract, as well as any other products or services produced or provided by MATHQ. The sale of any products and services by MATHQ shall not be construed or interpreted as a license or grant of any form to MATHQ’s intellectual property rights.
L. Confidential Information
All information provided by MATHQ to the Client shall be deemed confidential. Such confidential information must be handled in accordance with the terms of the confidentiality agreement signed between MATHQ and the Client. In the absence of a separate confidentiality agreement, the Client acknowledges that all non-public information of MATHQ constitutes confidential information. This information is the property of MATHQ and may only be used, copied, or disclosed by the Client to the extent necessary for the products and services purchased under the terms of the Contract. The Client shall not use, copy, or disclose such information for any other purpose.
M. Privacy Policy
MATHQ hereby informs you and seeks your consent to process, collect, and store your data to provide you with services during your use of MATHQ websites and mobile applications. MATHQ is committed to complying with legal provisions and ensuring the privacy and security of your information. By choosing to confirm and agree to the Privacy Policy when registering an account, you authorize us to collect, use, disclose, and process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of this policy. This authorization will take effect from the date of your consent until you decide to withdraw it or it automatically terminates under legal provisions. If you do not agree to the processing of your data as outlined in this provision, please refrain from using our services or visiting our platform, or notify us immediately of your disagreement if you have previously consented. Customers are requested to carefully read the " Privacy Policy" before agreeing to these general transaction terms.
N. Dispute Resolution Procedures
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall engage in negotiations to resolve the matter, respecting each other's rights and interests. If the dispute remains unresolved or the parties cannot reach a resolution within three months from the date one party receives the other party's written request for negotiation, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the Ho Chi Minh City Arbitration Commission of Vietnam for arbitration.
During the dispute resolution period, the customer agrees not to disclose case information to any third party, except those directly involved in the dispute resolution process (such as courts, lawyers, etc.). Should the customer provide case information to unauthorized third parties and cause harm to the normal operations, reputation, brand image, or other aspects of MathQ, the customer shall bear compensation and other joint liabilities in accordance with the law.
