How to Use MathQ AI Office to Create Personal Courseware

Using MathQ AI Office to create personal courseware is a very simple process.

After visiting and logging into MathQ.com, go to the Courseware module, then enter Personal Center → AI Office. Here, you can view the personal courseware already created under your account, or courseware you have successfully cited and saved, as shown below:

In the category list, the Temporary Directory category is the default category that exists for each account. Users can freely create their own folders of various types under this category. In addition, by clicking the function button on the right side of the category 功能按钮.jpg , new category folders can be added, making it easier to classify and manage different types of content.

The Teaching Resources category folder contains content referenced from MathQ’s publicly shared resources, and users can also freely edit this content.

For existing category folders, operations such as renaming or deleting can be performed. If it is a top-level folder, subfolders can be added. All operations can be completed by clicking the function button on the right side of the folder  功能按钮.jpg and selecting the corresponding item from the expanded menu.

After completing the folder management, select the target folder. The right-hand panel will display the files within that folder, and you can manage the files accordingly, as shown in the figure below:

The file hierarchy of MathQ courseware is divided into three levels: Chapter, Section, and Knowledge Point. To add content at the same level or at a lower level, click the plus 加号.jpg    button.

In the pop-up interface, enter the title of the content to complete the addition. To modify the title, click the pencil button on the right side of the item. 笔按钮.jpg

In the pop-up interface, you can modify the title. To delete a specific item, click the delete button on the right side of that entry. 删除.jpg  That’s it (note: please proceed with caution when deleting to avoid accidentally removing content).

After completing folder management, click on the name of a knowledge point entry to enter the editing interface for that knowledge point, as shown in the figure below:

The page is divided into the following three main areas according to different functions:

Content Block Management Area: This helps teachers divide and manage a large knowledge point into sections when creating courseware. By clicking the function button on the right side of an entry 功能选项.jpg, you can perform operations such as renaming, deleting, or adding entries at the same level.

Toolbar: Used to select various tools, or to modify the format and other attributes of specific content after selecting it in the editing area. Below is an introduction to several important function buttons.

公式按钮.jpg  Formula Editing Button: Click this button to open the formula editing window, where users can input formulas themselves. To use this feature, you must be in the MathQ PC client environment. Please install the MathQ PC client, Please click here.

画图按钮.jpg Graph Editing Button: Click this button to open the graph editing window, where users can draw their own diagrams, Please click here

ai辅助按钮.jpg AI Assistance Button: The system integrates AI tools, allowing users to obtain corresponding resources through AI interaction during the courseware creation process.

课件演示.jpg  Start Presentation Button: Plays the completed courseware content step by step in presentation mode.

切分符.jpg Insert Split Marker Button: After the user finishes editing content in the editor, normally when entering presentation mode, the system will pause at each punctuation mark (comma, period, semicolon, etc.). The user can then click the mouse to continue playback. If you want the presentation to pause at certain special positions, you can click 'Insert Split Marker' at that spot. During playback, the presentation will pause at this marker and continue when the mouse is clicked.

Editing Area: Users can enter or paste the content to be presented in this area.

As shown in the figure below, edit the content in the editing area according to actual needs, and insert split markers at positions where special pauses are required (as indicated by the arrow). After finishing, save the courseware by clicking the save button located above the list on the left 保存修改.jpg , the courseware will then be stored in the cloud document. On any device with internet access, you can visit the 'MathQ Simple Courseware' system through a browser to retrieve and start the presentation.
